Weekly/Biweekly/Monthly interior and exterior visit of your vacant home, this service includes full checklist below. 

Great option for those that are away for months at a time and would like eyes kept on the property. Local vendor coordination too, as mentioned below. 

Exterior (and interior, if needed) visit to your home after severe weather only.

Great option for those that may need someone to visit while they're away after severe weather. 

Exterior visit from the street or driveway.

Great option for those that may need someone to notate the current condition of a rental or guest property. If home is occupied, occupant must be made aware of my intent to photograph the home.

• A 20-30 minute introductory visit is always free. I'll come to your home so we can meet, chat and make sure we are a good fit to work together. 

• Photos will be taken during each visit. A link to those photos will be sent to you via email. Photo links will be accessible for up to 2 weeks after visit date. 

• Thorough walk thru of interior of home, checking for visual signs of leaks/damage/rodents/etc.
• Exterior walk around of home and structures on the property, checking for visual signs of damage/rodents/etc.
• Flushing toilets, checking/gathering mail, watering plants, etc. as needed.
• Additional charge for vendor coordination if repairs are needed while you're away. (Owner to pay vendor directly. House sitter to schedule service, allow vendor inside, and lock up after work is complete.)
